Our Food Pantry runs from 8am-12pm Tuesday and Thursdays. Volunteers who assist with the pantry can come for the full time, or a partial shift. We especially need more volunteers to help with food pickups, off-hours stocking, administrative assistance, and homebound food drop offs. If you would like to help, then please fill out our Volunteer Form from the dropdown above or email [email protected].
At the Pantry, you will help with:
Organizing the clothing area and sorting clothes
Loading and transporting food from the Food Bank and other locations
Stocking, organizing, and distributing food to those we serve
Receiving donated food and clothing from contributors
Keeping the Center clean and inviting for our clients.
If you feel called to volunteer, please contact the following:

Our thrift store relies on our friendly volunteers. Here, you help run the store, including accepting donations, assisting customers with purchases, and maintaining a clean and orderly store.
The thrift store sells gently used clothing, housewares, and furniture. It is through this service that we can offer affordable options to our community, and use proceeds to assist our operations, like purchasing food for our outreach efforts.
If you are interested in volunteering at the thrift store, please call Janet at 903-747-3174.
Different opportunities come up throughout the year. Regular opportunies include:
